www.capapieoutdoor.com is currently shipping all over India. We are working on enabling International Shipping soon.

At www.capapieoutdoor.com we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest time frame possible.

Shipping Duration:

All products are shipped out between 5 to 10 working days depending on the product category. For more information, please refer to the ‘Shipping’ tab on the product detail page.

Please note: all the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment and working days do not include the weekend + public holidays.

In situations beyond www.capapieoutdoor.com control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, www.capapieoutdoor.com will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

As per our policy, returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 working days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and tags, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note that this return policy applies only to purchases made directly from Capapie Outdoor.

The return or exchanges will be with valid reasons only and applicable for 3 number of times within the stipulated period mentioned. All the exchanges cumulatively will not exceed the total period of 3 months.

To ensure a smooth resolution and subject to compliance of below, we kindly request you to follow the steps outlined below:

1. Do Not Accept the Parcel if Damaged:

If the external packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel. Instead, notify the delivery person immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.

2. Make a Video while Opening the Parcel:

To expedite the resolution process, we encourage you to make a video while opening the parcel. This video should clearly show the unboxing process, highlighting any damage or defects observed. This footage will assist us in understanding the issue and expediting your grievance.

3. Fill Out the Grievance Form:

Visit our website at www.capapieoutdoor.com go to the 'Support' section  and fill out the "Grievance Form" by clicking here [insert actual link] or email us at support@capapieoutdoor.com. Complete the form or mail with accurate details, including your order number, and a description of the defect, and attach the video file from the unboxing.

4. Submit the Grievance Form:

Once you have filled out the form, submit it. Our customer support team will review your submission promptly.

5. Wait for Confirmation:

Our team will assess your grievance within 48 hours of receiving the form or mail with a video. You will be contacted via the email address provided with further instructions.

Cancellations:

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location. Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method via the payment gateway. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Customer can only cancel the order before the shipment proceeds. Order tracking available .

www.capapieoutdoor.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
